I’m Tuba Mertayak, a founder and product lead who has spent 15+ years turning complex technology into experiences people actually want to use. My work has spanned TravelTech, Consumer Tech, EdTech, and AI—taking products from zero to one, scaling teams, and helping early-stage companies find their way to product-market fit.

The Next Frontier: Physical AI

Today, my focus is on what happens when intelligence leaves the screen. As the founder of Venture.ag, I am building the intelligence layer for agricultural robotics. Building for the physical world is a radically different discipline than software. The environment is messy, the variables are physical, and the edge cases are infinite. Bridging the "autonomy gap" so machines can operate reliably in the dirt is a challenge that fascinates me.

• Direction over speed: A beautiful UI cannot rescue a product solving the wrong problem.
